Grey Concrete, A Firm Favourite
Our clients had been frustrated with their kitchen supplier and not looking forward to the project ahead, they shared their concerns with a friend who recommended Artizan Interiors and they consequently visited our Chertsey showroom. When they approached us, they knew they wanted an affordable quality German kitchen on a design and supply only basis and wanted the flexibility of using appliances they already had as well as sourcing some elements of the room finishes themselves – such as the clever use of large tiles as splashbacks that offer the same effect as a glass panel.

Sitting at our meeting table, they shared their vision of the dream kitchen and Fred proposed the Nobilia in concrete grey finish based on what they were describing. The clients were not keen on the door sample suggested and initially thought they couldn’t picture it as their ideal kitchen finish.
Fred showed them the display kitchen behind them as they were seated in our showroom – the Nobilia in concrete grey – and they fell in love with it…
The kitchen layout incorporates a utility area beyond the peninsula breakfast bar, with an additional sink and units that house the washing machine as well as a tall and deep corner storage cabinet. We made full use of the peninsula end by adding another cabinet for storage as well as a slim pull out for herbs and spices in the space that would normally incorporate an end panel.
The grey concrete effect finish has been many of our clients’ most popular kitchen choice, particularly the handless style, although it’s available as a lay-on and handled door too of course.
