Kitchen Fit For A Home Within Stately Park Grounds – Ottershaw
This kitchen, although not vast, had to complement the high standards and beauty of our client’s home nestled within a large private estate. With tall ceilings and windows overlooking the expansive grounds, the new kitchen was designed with elegant shaker style painted cabinetry, Cimstone white Quartz worksurfaces and a champagne gold tap.
Key Elements
The moody, dark Fired Charcoal doors with knurled T-Bar handles contrast well with the Farrow and Ball painted walls and oak floors – with plenty of light also reflected on the worktops – highlighting the slim veining characteristic of the Brittanica stone.
An interesting challenge for our designers in this kitchen was a recessed and lower windowsill, that we made a feature of by contouring the window reveal and creating an upstand to protect the sink area as well as an aesthetically pleasing detail.
Alex, the homeowner, is delighted with his new kitchen and has left us a glowing review on google.
