Location Location Location & Kitchen to Match
Our Cranleigh based clients originally visited our Design Studio because they wanted a BORA hob for a new kitchen in their home, the kitchen formed part of extensive renovation works. They met with Alex and were very happy with the information and BORA demonstration.
We were delighted when they got in touch again having decided that they also wanted us to design and install their new kitchen because they had felt in the meeting with Alex, that Artizan Interiors is a company they wanted to work with beyond ordering a hob.
Our clients knew that they wanted a dark blue kitchen, shaker style, light coloured worksurfaces, a pantry and kitchen island.
Key Elements
The space was generous, the considerations were designing a kitchen to complement the shape of the footprint and take advantage of the natural light and views from the floor to ceiling windows as well as incorporating all the practical and functional elements of a well planned kitchen.
With features like a stunning display unit visible immediately entering the kitchen, a raised circular dining area that accommodates five large footstools and a pantry that offers differing depths internally with ample storage and cleverly disguises structural supports, this kitchen is perfect for large gatherings or quiet solo coffee breaks, offering a seamless connection between the several areas of the kitchen and it’s surrounding spaces.
The cool Statuario quartz kitchen island is crowned with a warm Royal Bavarian Safari Spekva real wood breakfast bar that fully accommodates four large stools – this occupies a lesser space than a regular height table and chairs without compromise on comfort and also serves to separate yet link the space between the kitchen and the additional dining room next to it.
Knurled bar handles with an aged brass finish complement the Quooker in the same finish and opens the doors of unexpected storage spaces.
